PlanBase storagePer extra seatExample (5 seats)
Business100 GB+5 GB120 GB total
Storage is pooled across all workspace members. Any member can upload files up to the shared limit. Monitor usage in Settings > Workspace.

Documents in a Workspace

All documents created by workspace members belong to the workspace:
  • Owners and Editors can view, edit, and delete any document
  • Contributors can create and edit only their own documents, but can view others
  • Viewers have read-only access to all documents
  • Documents are organized into shared projects visible to all members
When a member is removed from the workspace, documents they created remain in the workspace. They lose access to those documents.

Yes. Go to Settings > Workspace and update the workspace name at any time. The change is visible to all members immediately.
Currently, each account belongs to one workspace. For multiple teams, consider using separate accounts or contact support for enterprise options.
Before deleting their account, the Owner must transfer ownership to another member. If no other Owner exists, the workspace and all its data will be scheduled for deletion.
No. Business plan workspaces have unlimited documents. The only constraint is your shared storage quota.
