Configure options
Choose your view style and toggle branding visibility. You can also add access controls (password, email gate, expiry) — see the other sharing guides.
View Styles
When creating a share link, you can choose between 2 view styles:| Style | Description |
|---|---|
| Document | Full scrollable document view — best for tutorials and guides |
| Presentation | Slide-based view with navigation — best for step-by-step walkthroughs |
Branding Toggle
The Show branding toggle controls whether the clarife logo appears on your shared document. On the Business plan, your own branding replaces the clarife logo when enabled.| Plan | Show branding ON | Show branding OFF |
|---|---|---|
| Free | clarife branding | clarife branding (cannot hide) |
| Pro | clarife branding | No branding |
| Business | Your custom branding | No branding |
Managing Share Links
- Disable a link — toggle the share off to immediately revoke access. The URL stops working.
- Re-enable — toggle back on. The same URL works again.
