Profile Settings

Your profile information is visible to team members and appears on shared documents. Manage it from Settings > Profile.

Updating Your Profile

Open settings

Go to Settings > Profile from the dashboard sidebar.

Edit display name

Update your display name. This is shown to team members and on share pages.

Change avatar

Click your avatar to upload a new image. Supported formats: PNG, JPEG (max 2 MB).

Save changes

Click Save to apply your profile updates.

Changing Your Email Address

Go to Profile settings

Navigate to Settings > Profile.

Enter new email

Type your new email address in the email field.

Confirm via email

A confirmation link is sent to both your old and new email addresses. Click the link in the new email to complete the change.
Changing your email address also changes your login credentials. Make sure you have access to the new email before confirming.

If you signed up with Google, Apple, or GitHub OAuth, your display name and avatar are initially imported from that provider. You can change them at any time.

Yes. Upload any PNG or JPEG image up to 2 MB. The image is cropped to a circle for display.
Team members in your workspace can see your display name and avatar. Your email is visible only to workspace Owners in the member management panel.
Yes. Your clarife email is independent of your OAuth provider. Changing it does not affect your OAuth connection.
The change does not take effect. Your old email remains active. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours.
