Generate your first video

Open the editor

Navigate to your document in the dashboard and open it in the editor. Make sure the document has at least one screenshot block.

Click Generate Video

In the editor toolbar, click the Generate Video button. The generation dialog will open.

Select language

Choose the narration language from the dropdown. 15 languages are available (English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, and more).

Choose a voice

Select a TTS voice for the narration. Available voices depend on the selected language. Each voice has a different tone and style.

Set branding preferences

Choose your video branding mode based on your plan:
  • clarife — default watermark (all plans)
  • none — no watermark (Pro and Business)
  • custom — your logo, color, and slogan (Business only)

Start generation

Click Generate to begin. The progress bar will show real-time status through each phase.

Download the result

When complete, download the MP4 video and SRT subtitle file. The video is also saved to your generation history.

Progress phases

During generation, the progress bar moves through distinct phases:

The progress bar shows real-time rendering progress from AWS Lambda. Phase-specific animations keep the bar moving smoothly even during longer renders.

You can only run one video generation at a time. Wait for the current generation to complete before starting another.

Viewing past generations

All your generated videos are saved in the generation history. Access it from the editor via the Generations panel. Each entry shows:
  • Generation date and time
  • Language and voice used
  • Branding mode
  • Download links for MP4 and SRT
  • Generation status (completed, failed, or in progress)

Yes. Generation continues in the cloud. When you reopen the document, the result will be available if it completed.
Failed generations do not consume credits. Check the error message — common causes include network issues or extremely long documents. You can retry immediately.
No. Once started, the generation runs to completion. If it fails, your credits are refunded automatically.
The document is auto-saved. The generation uses the latest saved version of your document content and screenshots.
