Grid View

The default view displays documents as thumbnail cards showing a preview of the first screenshot, the document title, and the last modified date. This view is ideal for visual browsing.

List View

Switch to list view for a compact, row-based layout showing the document title, creation date, last modified date, and project assignment. This view works best when you have many documents.

Switching Views

Click the view toggle button in the top-right corner of the dashboard to switch between grid and list views. Your preference is saved and persists across sessions. Use the search bar at the top of the dashboard to find documents by name. Search results update as you type.
Search matches document titles. For the fastest results, use descriptive names when creating documents.

Sorting

Click the sort menu to order documents by:

Filtering by Project

Click any project in the sidebar to filter the document list to only documents in that project. Click All documents to remove the filter.
