How Seats Work

Every team member in your workspace occupies one seat. The Business plan includes 1 seat (the workspace Owner). Each additional member requires an extra seat.

Seat charges are prorated. If you add a member mid-billing cycle, you only pay for the remaining days in that period.

Adding Seats

Seats are added automatically when you invite and a member accepts:

Invite a member

Go to Settings > Members and send an invitation.

Member accepts

When the invited person accepts, a new seat is provisioned.

Billing adjusts

Your next invoice reflects the additional $7/mo per new seat (prorated for the current period).

Removing Seats

When you remove a member from the workspace, their seat is released:

Go to Members

Navigate to Settings > Members.

Remove the member

Click the remove button next to the member’s name and confirm.

Seat freed

The seat is released. Your billing adjusts at the next invoice — you receive a prorated credit for unused days.

Storage per Seat

Each extra seat adds 5 GB to your workspace’s shared storage quota:

Removing members does not retroactively refund already-billed periods. Credits apply to future invoices.

There is no hard limit. You can add as many seats as your team needs.
Seats are provisioned on demand when members accept invitations. You cannot pre-purchase empty seats.
