Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your clarife account at any time. This action is irreversible after the grace period.Deletion Process

What Happens During the Grace Period

| Day 0 | Account is deactivated. You can no longer sign in. |
| Day 1-30 | Data is preserved but inaccessible. Shared links stop working. |
| Day 30 | All data is permanently deleted from servers and backups. |
To cancel the deletion during the grace period, contact support@clarife.app with your account email. Your account will be restored with all data intact.

Team Workspace Considerations
If you are a workspace Owner:- Transfer ownership to another member before deleting your account
- If you are the only Owner, the entire workspace and all team data will be scheduled for deletion

Transaction records are retained for legal and tax compliance. Personal billing details (name, address) are anonymized after deletion.

No. Account deletion automatically cancels any active subscription. However, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
