How credits work

Each AI video generation consumes one credit. Credits are required to generate videos — no credits, no generation.
No plan includes AI credits by default. Credits are purchased separately as $7 packs or granted during the 14-day trial.

Trial credits

When you create a clarife account, you start a 14-day trial. During the trial — and only during the trial — you receive 3 free AI video generations.

Trial credits are one-time only. They do not reset or renew. Once used or once the trial ends, they are gone.

How to buy credits

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings > Billing in your clarife dashboard.

Find AI Credits section

Scroll to the AI Credits section. Your current credit balance is displayed.

Purchase a pack

Click Buy credits and complete the checkout via Paddle. The credits are added to your account immediately.

Credit stacking

Packs stack and cumulate. If you buy 3 packs, you have 60 credits. Credits do not expire.

Each video generation costs approximately $0.14-0.19 in infrastructure:

Failed generations do not consume credits. If rendering fails, your credit is automatically refunded.

Currently, credits are sold as one-time packs only. There is no recurring credit subscription.
