Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan’s features.Choose a new plan
Select the plan you want to upgrade to (Pro or Business) and the billing interval (monthly or yearly).
Complete checkout
Confirm the change through the Paddle checkout. Billing is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your current period.
Prorated billing means you are only charged the proportional amount for the time remaining in your current billing cycle. Paddle handles this calculation automatically.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades work differently from upgrades:- Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
- At the end of the period, the lower plan takes effect.
- Your data is preserved — documents exceeding the new plan’s limits become read-only.
Switching Billing Interval
You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time:| Switch | When it takes effect |
|---|---|
| Monthly to yearly | Immediately (prorated credit applied) |
| Yearly to monthly | At the end of the current yearly period |
