I can't upload a screenshot
Check the following:
- File size — the limit is 10 MB per image. Resize larger files before uploading.
- File format — only PNG, JPG, and WebP are accepted. Convert other formats first.
- Storage quota — if your storage is full, you cannot upload new files. Check usage in Settings > Billing and free up space by emptying the trash or deleting unused documents.
- Browser — try a Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge) if you experience issues on Safari or Firefox.
Video generation is stuck or failed
Video generation is stuck or failed
AI video generation typically takes 1-3 minutes. If it appears stuck:
- Wait — the progress bar may pause during rendering phases. Give it up to 5 minutes.
- Check your credits — generation fails immediately if you have no remaining AI credits. Purchase a credit pack in Settings > Billing.
- Document content — ensure your document has at least one screenshot and some text content for the AI to generate a script.
- Try again — transient infrastructure issues can cause occasional failures. Click Generate again to retry.
- If the issue persists, contact support@clarife.app with the document name and approximate time of failure.

My PDF export looks wrong
My PDF export looks wrong
- Use Chrome or Edge — Safari and Firefox may render exports differently due to print engine differences.
- Check scale — in the print dialog, make sure the scale is set to 100%.
- Enable background graphics — in the print dialog, check the Background graphics option so colors and images render correctly.
- Large images — very high-resolution screenshots may cause the print preview to load slowly. Give it a few seconds.

My enhanced screenshots look blurry

The enhancer preserves the original image resolution. If the result looks blurry:
- Source image quality — ensure the original screenshot is high resolution (at least 2x / Retina).
- Browser zoom — check that your browser zoom is at 100%.
- Download the enhanced version — the preview may appear lower quality than the actual saved file.
