Branded Share Pages

When you share a document with a public link, the share page can display your custom branding instead of the default clarife logo. This gives recipients a branded experience consistent with your organization.
Share branding is a Business plan feature. Free and Pro shares display the clarife logo.

Setting Up Share Branding

Create a branding

Ensure you have at least one branding in your branding repository with a logo uploaded.

Open share settings

In the editor, click Share to open the share dialog.

Select a branding

Choose a branding from the dropdown. The share page preview updates to show your logo.

Toggle show_branding

Enable or disable the Show branding toggle to control whether any branding appears on the share page.

Save and share

Save your share settings. Recipients will see your branded share page when they open the link.

The Show branding toggle controls branding visibility on share pages:

Changing a branding in the repository updates all share pages that reference it. If you update a logo, all active shares using that branding will reflect the change.

Yes. Each share can have its own branding selection, independent of other shares or the workspace default.
Yes. The branding appears on the password entry page as well as the document view.
No. Removing or replacing the clarife logo on shares requires the Business plan with a custom branding configured.
Yes. Iframe embeds and widget/popup embeds also reflect the branding settings of the share.
