Invitation Flow
Inviting a new member to your workspace takes just a few steps. Only workspace Owners can send invitations.Enter the email address
Click Invite Member and type the email address of the person you want to invite.
Select a role
Choose a role for the new member: Editor, Contributor, or Viewer. You can change this later.
Send the invitation
Click Send Invite. The recipient will receive an email with a link to accept and join your workspace.
Each invited member occupies one seat. The Business plan includes 1 seat; additional seats cost $7/month each. See Seats for details.
Managing Pending Invitations
You can view and manage pending invitations from Settings > Members:| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Resend | Re-send the invitation email if the original was missed |
| Revoke | Cancel a pending invitation before it is accepted |
| Change role | Update the assigned role before the member joins |
After Joining
Once a member accepts the invitation:- They gain immediate access to the shared workspace
- They can see all workspace documents based on their role permissions
- Their activity appears in the workspace alongside other members
- They occupy one seat in your billing

Yes. The invitation email includes a link that allows the recipient to create a new account and join your workspace in one step.

No. You can have as many pending invitations as you need. Each accepted invitation counts as one seat.

Not currently. Invitations are workspace-wide. All members can access workspace documents according to their role permissions.

You cannot revoke an accepted invitation. To remove a member, go to Settings > Members and remove them from the workspace.
